1:1 Sized, 22 Active DOF
Dexterous Hand
SharpaWave is a 1:1 sized, 22 DOF dexterous hand with ultra-responsive tactile sensing and exceptional durability. It features unique isomorphic architecture that is incredibly similar to human hands, enabling unlimited tasks in the real world at human-level precision such as peeling an egg, playing the piano, or using scissors.
Groundbreaking
Dynamic Tactile Array (DTA)
SharpaWave is equipped with state-of-the-art Dynamic Tactile Array (DTA). Powered by our proprietary neural network–based algorithm and sensing modules, it delivers 6,000 levels of pressure sensitivity by detecting forces ranging from 0 to 30 N (@0.005 N sensitivity) across >1,000 tactile pixels per fingertip, taking the tactile sensing capability of dexterous hands to an entirely new level.

The Impossibility of
Combined Strength and Speed
The ultimate challenge for a dexterous hand is to combine the full scale strength (>20 N at one fingertip) and rapid hand movement speed across all gestures (>4 Hz). This impossible combination is made possible by SharpaWave - from high-frequency operations to heavy-load grasping, it handles versatile tasks with ease and precision on command.
